My BMW R1200 GS motorbike - I'm in love!

Where would I start? Losing a few wrinkles would be nice.

Mersea Island - walking along the beach.

The River Colne; Dedham Vale; Burnham.

FAMOUS… The celeb you've met?
Bryan Adams - at the Essex Air Ambulance Motorcycle Run at Harwich. Really down to earth.

HOLIDAY… What’s your favourite destination?
Lanzarote - I've got a thing for volcanoes!

IRRITATE… What’s your most annoying habit?
Not knowing how be wrong!

JOKER…Which presenter is the practical joker of the team?
Su and producer Alex. They're always pulling little stunts - jumping out of cupboards/boxes/from behind doors.

KNOCK KNOCK… Your favourite joke?
This cowboy walks in to a German car showroom and says "Audi!"

LOVE LIFE… Are you attached or looking?.
Happily married to Debbie. She's happy and I'm married.

MOVIES… Favourite film?
The Boat That Rocked.

NEVER…What would you absolutely refuse to do?
Put a handle on that door. The one the wife's been nagging me about for years.

OFF WORK…What do you do in your spare time?
Ride my motorcycle; take a boat out on the river; walk the dog.

PROUD MOMENTS …What are you most proud of?
My kids are my greatest achievement by far

QUITE ANNOYING… What habits irritate you in other people?
People who ask too many questions. So stop it!

REWIND… Where did you spend your childhood?
I grew up in the leafy Surrey town of Croydon. Well, back then it was leafy. And in Surrey!

SURPRISING… Tell us something about yourself that no one else knows.
I'm a trained pilot. And I used to be a locksmith.

Su… cuddly, wobbly, big boned.

I'm not a real blonde.

VOCAL…. Who is your favourite artist?
Barry Manilow. No, seriously. And please promise me that will go no further.

A nice chablis - or, weather permitting, a gin and tonic!

Not yet!

YOUNGER DAYS… What’s your earliest childhood memory?
My first day at school. I had to be dragged to the gates, kicking and screaming!

ZOO…. If you were an animal, which one would you be?
Sloth
