Have you spotted our Heart Angels out and about across Gloucestershire?

Anna and her team of Angels are busy visiting workplaces, schools and events across the county with competitions, games, spot prizes and Heart giveaways.

If your tired from a long days shopping or a stressful day at work, they could be somewhere close to hand offering a free manicure or mini massage, or face painting for the kids.

You can't miss The Heart Angels in their sassy red Heart vehicles so be sure to keep an eye out for them wherever you are in Gloucestershire.

They might even be close by your street or in your workplace setting up our very own new Heart Chill Out Zone, with warm hot chocolate for the Winter!
