Boys help police in Gloucester

Last Sunday - March 21st 2010 - a man was disturbed while trying to break into blue Citroen Picasso on Horton Road, shortly before 5pm.

He rode off on a bike meaning police couldn't go after him... but two boys who were there lent the officers their own bikes so they could give chase.

The offender was eventually caught and arrested and stolen property was also recovered.

Gloucestershire Police are hoping to get in touch with the two boys to say thank you.
