Charlton Kings: Lewd Act

Police are trying to find a man who was seen lying down and committing a lewd act in woods in Charlton Kings.

Officers say a woman walking her dog with her daughter and niece saw a man lying down in Tindercombe Woods near Tindercombe Lane between 2.40 and 2.50pm on Saturday 9th August. 

As they walked back to their car, police say the man got up and began following them, walking into Tindercombe Lane and towards Herberts Road. 

He is described as white, bald, stocky, aged between 35 and 45, and around 5ft 10.  

He was wearing a royal blue running vest, blue or black running shorts and blue trainers.

Anyone with information is being asked to call 101, quoting incident number 267 of August 9.
