Help for unemployed teenagers

With Gloucestershire's teenagers facing an uncertain future trying to find a job, some have been getting a helping hand from a World Cup winner.

Mike Tindall is the ambassador of the 'On-Side' training scheme, an eight week course for 16-18 year old 'NEETs', that's youngsters who are not in employment, education or training.

The training programme is a joint venture between Prospect training Services and Gloucester Rugby Community Team.
