Keith Soons murder
Police investigating the murder of Gloucester dad Keith Soons are appealing fro two women to come forward.
They have released CCTV images that show the two women in Yates wine bar in Crescent Terrace at around 12.40am on Saturday February 5.
Detective Superintendent Simon Atkinson is leading the investigation, he said:
“We would like to reassure these women that they are not in any trouble at all but we are keen to speak to them as they may be able to help us with our investigation into Keith’s death. We appeal to them, or anyone who knows who they are, to give us a ring as soon as possible.”
A 26-year-old man and a 27-year-old man, both from the town, have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
The 36-year-old was found in Wellington Lane in Cheltenham at around 8am on the morning of Saturday February 5.
He had suffered serious head injuries and was taken to hospital but sadly died later that day.
Keith leaves a partner, Samantha Ramsey and an 8 month old daughter Matilda, Samantha has been paying tribute to him:
Police are still trying to trace an I-phone, it's wallet, a Lloyds TSB bank card and a silver “DAD” ring, which are missing.
