Self-harm helpline's one year old

A Gloucestershire helpline for people who self-harm has had nearly 500 calls in it's first year.

The Rethink Gloucestershire self-harm helpline was launched in March 2009, offering a free telephone helpline for sufferers, their friends, families and carers.
