The University of Gloucestershire has confirmed the sale of it's London campus for £9.7 million.
The sale is part of a number of cuts being made as the university looks to save money
Director of communications, Paul Drake, has been telling Heart why the sale was needed:
We are told money made from the sale will be used to bring down University debt and pay for improvements at other sites in the county.
