Police have released a picture of a man they want to speak to after a two-foot high birdcage was stolen from a Watford market stall.
The theft happened in Market Place on Thursday 4 July 2013 at 4.50pm. A man approached the market stall, removed a bird cage and walked off with it.
The bird cage is described as a 2ft green stone topped bird cage. The top of the cage is a dome shape.
Officers would like to speak with the man pictured. They say he may have been a witness to the alleged crime or can offer assistance in the investigation.
