Dog Walker Attacked By Two Men

A man suffered facial fractures and grazes to his back when he was attacked in Borehamwood.

The 39 year old was walking his dog along Stangate Crescent at a quarter to six on Saturday 11 June when he was approached by 2 men.

After a brief discussion, one of the men punched the dog walker in the head.

He fell to the ground and was punched again. The two men then ran off into Nicoll Way.
 
The man needed hospital treatment. He was released later the same day.
 
The man who punched the victim was described as white, aged 20-25, of medium build, 5ft 5ins tall with dark stubble on his face. He was also reported to be wearing a dark blue hooded top and light blue jeans.
 
The second man was described as white, aged 20-25, 6ft 6ins tall and of slim, athletic build. He was also reported to be wearing a grey tracksuit with a red Adidas logo on the front.
