Leavesden Studios Make A Bang

Leavesden Studios in Watford have sent out letters to people living in the area telling them not to worry if they hear sounds of gunshots over the next five weeks.

The studios are currently recording a new film staring Tom Cruise.

Anne Cunningham-Smith who lives opposite the studio told Heart that she was pleased to have receive the letter otherwise she would have been very worried.

Since receiving the letter she says she has regularly heard the gunshots and also seen a huge cloud of smoke from the studios.
