Man Arrested After Fatal Attack In Golf Course

A man's died in hospital after being found injured in the car park of West Hertfordshire Golf Club.

A man's been arrested in connection with an assault in Hertfordshire, that's left a man dead.

The attack happened at West Hertfordshire Golf Club in Croxley Green on Saturday May 24.

Police later found a 65-year-old man who'd been injured in the car park.

He died yesterday morning (Tuesday), with his family around him. 

A 51-year-old man from St Albans has been arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning grievous bodily harm. He's been bailed until August 17. 

Police are investigating.
