The family of a Watford man who died from an alleged assault at West Herts Golf Club have released a tribute.

The 65 year old was found in the car park with head injuries on 24th May and died two days later in hospital.

His family have said:

“The loved ones, family and friends of the late Terry Hutchinson would like to express their sadness and sorrow at the sudden loss of a great dad, granddad, husband, son, brother, uncle and friend.

“The thoughts and kinds words received from across the world are testament to how loved he was by so many. We are shocked and utterly devastated. He was a man that was admired, cherished and adored and who we loved more than words can ever express.

“He lived, loved and laughed. Goodbye for now, you will always be in our hearts, we love you. Take our million teardrops, wrap them up in love, then ask the wind to carry them, to you in heaven above.”

A 51 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing Grievous Bodily Harm and has been release on bail.
