Vehicles Damaged In Borehamwood
Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a number of vehicles in Borehamwood were damaged.
All the incidents occurred in Shenley Road:
- Between 11.30am and 12.40pm on Tuesday November 25, a grey Suzuki had its passenger side door scratched
- Between the same times on the same day, a silver Ford also had its passenger side door scratched
- On Monday December 1 between 1pm and 3pm, a black Vauxhall's driver side door was scratched
- On Friday, December 5, between 9.30am and 10.30am, a black BMW had its passenger side door scratched
PC Paul Chalkley is investigating and said: "We will be carrying out additional patrols in this area but the damage caused has costs the victims hundreds of pounds in repair work, which is particularly hard hitting at this time of year.
"These incidents have all occurred during daylight and so it possible someone may have seen something that could assist my investigation. I would like to hear from anyone who remembers seeing someone loitering near a vehicle or paying particular attention to one. Any information you can offer, however insignificant it may seem, could assist me greatly."
