Water Supply Problems At Watford Hospital Fixed

Patients and hospital staff had now water supply yesterday after it had been cut off.

An investigation's due to begin into what cut off Watford Hospital's water supply yesterday afternoon.

The fire brigade were called in to supply water for the hospital and patients were given bottled water after the West Herts NHS Trust declared what they described as an "internal incident" with their water supply.

It's thought a contractor may have cut into a vital supply pipe.

Just before 10pm last night the problem had been fixed.
