A 34 year old man's been charged with causing death by careless driving after a motorbiker died in a crash on a Milton Keynes grid road.
The victim suffered head and chest injuries in the crash with a black BMW car at the junction of the V3 Fulmer Street and Hawkshead Drive, Emerson Valley, at 8.05pm on Friday 30 March 2012.
The 60 year old, who had been riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle, was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, where he died two days later.
Ben Quarman, of Alstonefield, Emerson Valley, is due to appear before Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on 3 September 2012.
