Bletchley: Body Found In Grand Union Canal

Thames Valley Police is investigating the discovery of a body in a canal in Bletchley earlier today (Wednesday 6th Feb).

Emergency services were called at around 8.40am to the canal, near Pinewood Drive.

The body of a man, believed to be in his eighties, was recovered by the fire service from the water - not far from the Bletchley Sports Cricket and Rugby club.

Thames Valley Police have told Heart, they are not treating the death as suspicious at this stage.
