Body Identified As Missing Woman

A body found near Aylesbury last month has been formally identified as missing Buckinghamshire woman Patricia Goodband.

A formal identification procedure has confirmed that a body found on land in Woodham, near Aylesbury, last month is that of missing woman Patricia Goodband.

The 76 year old was reported missing to police on Wednesday 9th January but she was last seen before Christmas being dropped off to Milton Keynes train station.

Her body was found on land at Akeman House, where she lived, on Monday 21st January.

A post-mortem examination carried out by a Home Office pathologist concluded she died from head injuries.
