Man Arrested Following Attempted Rape In Milton Keynes

Police have arrested a man in connection with an attempted rape in Milton Keynes.

It's alleged to have happened yesterday between  5.45am and 5.50am on Friday morning while the 29-year-old victim was walking in Silbury Boulevard.

She claims she was grabbed from behind by a man who then wrestled her to the floor.

But she managed to get away by biting his hand and neck.

A 26-year-old man from Milton Keynes has been arrested on suspicion of attempted rape.

He is currently in police custody.
