Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after two 18 year-old men were assaulted outside Groove nightclub in central Milton Keynes.

The offence happened on Tuesday (1/1) between 2.45am and 3am when the two victims left the nightclub at the rear of the building.

The men were approached by six or seven men who punched and kicked them. The men suffered minor injuries as a result of the attack.

One offender was black, 6ft 2ins, of stocky build wearing a black blazer, black trousers and black eye patch. A second offender was white with a Lithuanian accent.

PC Shantell Woodward, from Milton Keynes police station, said: "We believe there may have been two or three women standing nearby who would have seen the assault. I would urge these women and anyone else who may know something about this attack to call the 24-hour non emergency number 101 as soon as possible."
