Passenger Dies In Car Crash

A man's died after a car crash on the Milton Keynes/Bedfordshire border.

Thames Valley Police were called to Cranfield Road in Moulsoe at 9.02pm on Tuesday 5 February 2013.

A single vehicle - a white Iveco van which was travelling towards Cranfield - had left the road and hit trees.

The passenger of the Iveco van, a 24-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, a 42-year-old man, was taken to Milton Keynes General Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

The road was closed for approximately five hours while police carried out investigations.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
