Two men sentenced for growing cannabis

Two men have been sent to jail for two years after pleading guilty to growing cannabis in Milton Keynes.

Edy Court 2Tho Van Hoang, who's 35, and Viet Ha Ngugen, who's 25, both of Edy Court in Loughton, were sentenced at Huntingdon Crown Court on Wednesday 21st July.

The pair were arrested in May, after police officers raided their house as part of Operation Falcon - which targets drug dealers and drug related crime in Milton Keynes.

Officers found a sophisticated cannabis cultivation set up at the house, with rooms full of cannabis. A total of 872 plants were discovered at various stages on production. They were seized and later destroyed by police.
