A man's body - which was found near the Blue Lagoon in Bletchley - could have been there for about a week.
The body was found on Friday evening at about 6.30pm and has been formally identified as that of Clive Stephens - who was 47 and of Cambridge Street in Bletchley.
Mr Stephens was reported missing to Thames Valley Police last Saturday, 17th July.
A post mortem was carried out at Milton Keynes Hospital yesterday (Saturday) and - although the cause of death has not been established - it has found the death was not suspicious.
