A47 Re-Opens After 3 Lorry Crash

Emergency services are currently at the scene of a road traffic collision on the A47 outside Norwich.
Officers were alerted to the incident involving a lorry, tractor and a tanker, at shortly before 8.45am today.
As a result of the collision the eastbound carriageway of the A47 has been closed to allow police, fire and ambulance staff to attend the scene.
The incident took place on the section of the road heading towards Harford Bridges just after Thickthorn roundabout.
At this stage there do not appear to be any major injuries however the road will be closed for some time while investigations are carried out.
Traffic is being diverted off the A47 and Norfolk Constabulary would urge motorists to try to find alternative routes at this time.
