A man has been arrested after allegedly making threats inside a bank in Norfolk armed with what was believed to be a blowtorch.
Police were called to Barclays on The Street in Acle, near Great Yarmouth, at 12.20pm on Monday to reports of a man making threats inside the building.
Officers attended and a Taser was discharged.
"A 60-year-old man from the Great Yarmouth area has been arrested and is currently in custody at Great Yarmouth police investigation centre where he will be questioned,'' a Norfolk Police spokesman said.
No members of staff or the public were hurt during the incident.
