Bawburgh Party Murder: Man on Bail

A 20 year old man from the Norwich area who was arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a 25-year-old man in Bawburgh at the weekend, has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

Tafadzwa Kahn, who was also known as Taffy, from St Giles Street, Norwich, died following an incident which occurred shortly after midnight at a private party being held at the home of the former champion boxer Herbie Hide in Long Lane in the village.

A 16-year-old boy who was earlier arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on bail pending further enquiries.

James Clough, aged 18 and of Aspland Road in Norwich, has been charged with possession of a knife in a public place in connection with the incident in Bawburgh. He has been detained in police custody to appear before Norwich Magistrates Court this morning, Friday 23 March.
