The East Anglian Air Ambulance has been temporarily grounded because of concerns over safety.
It's after cracks were found near the rotor blades on three similar aircraft elsewhere, which could have lead to a crash.
They're not allowed to serve in Suffolk or Norfolk until more tests have been done.
