East: Ofsted Changes Are Unhelpful
An assistant headteacher from a school in East Anglia's been telling Heart they think new changes to Ofsted are unnecessary.
They announced today they'll replace the "satisfactory" rating for inspections and have a "requires improvement" one instead.
They hope it'll improve teaching at schools by focusing head teachers more.
They're also proposing to carry out "no-notice" inspections, where schools won't have time to prepare themselves for Ofsted coming.
