Ellingham: Four Men In Court

Four men are due in court today charged with public order offences including assaulting a police officer.

Four men arrested following an disturbance in Ellingham on Wednesday (21 November 2012) have now been charged.

Michael Smith, aged 28 and of Mill Lane, Ellingham, was charged with two counts of Section 4 Public Order, one count of assaulting a police officer and one count of threatening to damage or destroy property. 

Alfie Smith, aged 20 and of Mill Lane, Ellingham, was charged with one count of Section 4 Public Order. 

Billy Smith, aged 24 and of Mill Lane, Ellingham, was charged with two counts of Section 4 Public Order and one count of threatening to damage or destroy property. 

A 17 year old from the Loddon area  was charged with two counts of Section 4 Public Order. 

All will appear at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court today.
