A teenage girl has reported being sexually assaulted by a delivery driver in Hethersett in Norfolk.

Police are now appealing for witnesses to a sexual assault which took place in Hethersett on Tuesday evening (29 November 2011).

Between 8pm and 8:15pm, a 16 year old girl was walking along Queens Road towards the High School when, just after she had passed a local store, she was approached by a man in a delivery van.  The driver had stopped in a road opposite and talked to her through an open window.  When she got closer to speak to him, she says he got out and grabbed her.  He then attempted to kiss and fondle her before she managed to pull away and run off.

The man is described in his mid 20s, of slim build and over 6ft tall.  He had short dark brown hair with stubble on his face and spoke with a non local accent.
