Police have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to in connection with an assault that was carried out at a taxi firm in Norwich.

The assault took place on Prince of Wales Road and happened between the time of 5am and 5:15am on Sunday, 26th September.

The 22-year-old victim was waiting for a taxi with his 23-year-old sister when he was hit across the face by a man. When the victim tried to retaliate he was attacked by a second male who punched him repeatedly in the body and face.

It is thought that it was an unprovoked attack and PC Steve Payne, who is investigating the incident said: "We are extremely keen to speak to anyone who believes they may recognise either man."

The initial attacker was seen wearing a black 'Henleys' t-shirt and the second male was in a khaki coloured t-shirt. The police believe that the two males were accompanied by a female with long brown hair, and are also keen to speak to her about the incident.

Anyone who believes they may recognise any of the three suspects should contact PC Steve Payne on 0845 456 4567, or alternatively can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
