Man Stabbed In Ipswich

A 21 year old man has been stabbed in the shoulder on Beatty Road in Ipswich.

Police were called just before 1:30am (Saturday 24th May) by a member of the public.

A man was found with a serious stab wound in his shoulder and was taken to Ipswich Hospital for surgery.

A second man was also taken to hospital with an injury to his hand but he's since been discharged.

Police have arrested a 23 year old man on suspicion of causing Grievous Bodily Harm.

The areas been cordoned off while an investigation takes place.
