More than 500 of our regions soldiers are being awarded for their successes after a recent tour in Afghanistan.
Soldiers from 23rd Engineer Regiment at the Rock Barracks near Woodbridge in Suffolk, have been on parade today.
They've been celebrating their recent successful tour in Afghanistan, and today, were awarded their Operational Service Medals.
The parade included more than 500 soldiers, included two squadrons from Tidworth-based 22nd Engineer Regiment, who were attached to 23rd Engineer Regiment for their missions in the Middle East.
It was also the opening of a new support centre built for the families of the soldiers, which was converted from an old classroom by the regiment as a training exercise before they went out to Afghanistan.
