Mildenhall: Woman Dies Two Months After Being Run Over

A woman's died two months after being hit by a car in a car park in Mildenhall.

Police were called to a crash at the car park to the Scout Headquarters off St Andrews Street around 11.15am on Thursday 21 March 2013.

The 84 year old Jean Elliot from Mildehnhall had been walking through the car park when she was knocked over by a Honda Jazz car.

She was taken to West Suffolk Hospital with serious leg injuries but died yesterday afternoon, Monday 20 May.

Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area of the car park and witnessed this collision when it happened on Thursday 21 March.
