Norfolk MP Calls For School Nurseries To Take 2-Year-Olds

Education Minister and Norfolk MP Liz Truss has told Heart opening school nurseries to younger children could help them get a better start in life.

Schools in England are being encouraged to open their doors to 2 year-olds to help solve a shortage in childcare places and Liz Truss also thinks hours at school nurseries should be increased to help working parents.

She is writing to councils to urge them to take up the plans.
