Norwich: Extra Patrols Around Bus Station

Police in Norwich continue to carry out increased patrols around Surrey Street following an incident at the bus station yesterday
Officers were called to the scene shortly after 8.20am following reports a man had been assaulted by another passenger with a pocket knife.
The victim, a 61-year-old man, suffered a minor cut to his head and a 26-year-old woman was detained at the scene.
The woman, arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm, was questioned at Wymondham Police Investigation Centre and bailed until June pending further enquiries.
Local officers will be carrying out high-visibility patrols throughout the day, offering reassurance to members of the public.
