Norwich: Girl Shot With BB Gun

A teenaged girl's been hit in the leg by a shot fire from a bb gun from a passing car on Cromer Road in Norwich

Officers from Hellesdon Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT), are appealing for information regarding an assault which took place near to Tesco Express at the junction of Fifers Lane and Cromer Road in Norwich.

The incident happened between 6:10pm and 6:15pm on Monday 10 October 2011, when a teenage girl was bruised after a man leant out of the passenger window of a dark green Peugeot and fired, what is thought to be, a BB pellet at her, striking her in the leg. 

The vehicle was being driven along Fifers Lane, towards Cromer Road.
