Norwich: Titanic Exhibition

There's an exhibition in Norwich where people will be able to meet relatives of two husband and wife surivivors from Norfolk.

The Exhibition is at The Forum and runs from 9am until 6pm all day on Saturday and is free.

People will be able to talk to family members of Ted and Ethel Beane who went on the Titanic for their honeymoon in 1912. Ted was originally from America and was a carpenter and Ethel worked as a barmaid in Norwich. After the ship sunk and they were rescued, they settled in America where they stayed for the rest of their lives.

Also on display are models of the Titanic as well as the Nomadic which is the only White Star Line ship left.
