90 cannabis plants have been found growing in a quiet area of the Norfolk Broads.
Officers called to the find yesterday afternoon by Environment Agency staff who stumbled across the plants while working in the area off Ferry Lane in Postwick.
Officers say the plants they found at the scene were between 6ft and 8ft tall.
They have since been removed from the ground and seized.
PC Paul Bassham, from Norfolk Constabulary's Broadsbeat team, said: "The plants were found in an extremely remote area, and while on the whole it is unusual this is not the first time cannabis plants have been found on the Broads.
"In June last year 60 plants were found growing in an area off the River Bure close to Ranworth Broad."
