Thetford: Body Found In River Identified

A man's body pulled from the river in Thetford has been identified as a missing Lithuanian man.

The man is believed to be 47-year-old Laimutais Karsokas, a Lithuanian national reported missing earlier this month and last seen in Thetford on Tuesday 26 February 2013.  His next of kin have been informed.

A post mortem will take place on Monday. His death is currently being treated as unexplained.

Anyone with any information about Laimutais's wherabouts in recent weeks is asked to contact Thetford police on 101.
