The signalling problems caused by a damaged cable at Needham Market in Suffolk has led to many trains being cancelled and delayed.
People have had to use replacement buses on the Norwich Ipswich to London line and the Ipswich line over to Cambridge.
Engineers are on site at Needham Market, but have not found the cause of the damage.
Work is under way to try and fix the problem.
