Police investigating a knife point robbery in Raunds, in December 2012, have released CCTV images in the hope that the public can help.
Images of two men have been released in connection with the incident. Detectives believe they may have information that could assist the investigation.
Shortly before 11.00pm on Tuesday 11th December, a robbery took place at the Spar Shop on the High Street in Raunds.
Two masked men, who were wearing hoodies and face coverings, entered the shop as it was about to close.
They jumped over the counter and one of the men threatened the two members of staff with a knife.
The staff were not hurt during the incident, but the men escaped having stolen a quantity of cigarettes, alcohol and cash.
Detective Constable Pete Long, who is leading the investigation, said: “We have released images of two men who we urgently need to speak with. We know they entered the shop some time before the robbery took place and may have vital information that could assist the investigation.
“We would urge them, or anyone who knows them or has information that could be of help, to contact us on 101.
“This incident has left the staff members traumatised and we desperately need to identify the masked men who committed this crime.”
