Chickens Killed At Allotment

A man visited his allotment in Wellingborough to find forty chickens and a turkey had been killed.

Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident, which occurred between 3.00pm on Wednesday 9th January and 11.00am on Thursday 10th January at Ladywell Allotments on Finedon Road in Wellingborough.

The victim arrived at his allotment on the morning of 10th January to find that around forty chickens had been killed as well as a turkey.

A goose had also had its wings broken and had to be put down.
