Man Injured In Arson Attack

Police officers are appealing for witnesses following a suspected arson in Brownlow Court, Northampton.

The incident took place at around 4.30am this morning, Wednesday 14 March. An unknown offender is believed to have used petrol to deliberately set alight a house in Brownlow Court.

One occupant of the house escaped the fire by jumping out of a first floor window. The victim received minor injuries and he was treated at Northampton General Hospital.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed someone acting suspiciously in the area between 3am and 5am.
