Even though there's more than 1200 miles left to go, Tom told Heart, he's feeling positive: "I was a bit nervous to begin with at first but everything seems to be working out. The legs are holding out, the sun is shining and it's amazing that after thinking about it all winter to actually being out here on the road!"
Tom says they've had quite a reaction from people they have passed along the way: "It's been absolutely great - in Greece everyone's been beeping, waving and cheering. Now we've made our way into Italy, as we've got north, everyone's been cheering us on and making us smile - it's really spurred us on."
