A police investigation's underway into the death of a 22 year old woman hit by a car in Wellingborough.
She had been walking across Turnells Mill Lane at 10.15pm on Thursday 28 March 2013, at the start of the long Easter bank holiday weekend.
She had just got out of a parked silver Ford Focus.
The other car involved was a silver Vauxhall Corsa, which had been travelling in the direction opposite to that of the parked car.
Northamptonshire Police say the 22 year old woman died at the scene.
