RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to ‘Heart Safari at Cherry Garden’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will take place on Saturday 26^th April and run from 10am to 3pm (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Northampton

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must fill out a co-branded entry form and correctly identify the 5 safari animals. The animals will feature on A4 posters in an area within the Cherry Lane Garden site.

2. All entrants with the 5 correctly identified animals will be placed into a random draw by Heart.

Eligibility:

3. Entrants must be aged 16 or over.

4. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

5. The prize is £250 to spend in store at Cherry Lane Garden Centre, Roman Way.

6. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

7. Heart is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the on air/on-line coverage and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Cherry Lane Garden Centres
