A 24 year old man's been charged with rape, after a 19 year old woman was attacked in an Oxford graveyard.

Police say the foreign student was grabbed in the St Clements area at 2am on Tuesday 16 March before being taken to a building in East Oxford, where she was raped again.

Detectives say she left the building at 6.30am and was found by a passer-by in a distressed state.  She had been enjoying a night out in Oxford and was walking home when she was grabbed.

Yasin Mohamed from Aston Street, Oxford, has been charged with rape, kidnap and robbery and was due to appear at Oxford Magistrates Court on Friday 19 March 2010.
