Thousands of pounds worth of jewellery and silverware have been stolen from a home in Huntingdonshire.
Burglars forced their way into the house in Fenton Road, Fenton, on Tuesday (August 13) afternoon before taking the items.
The stolen property [some pictured] included a distinctive Cloisonne carriage clock, a Dell laptop, a silver spoon and fork christening set with a birch leaf pattern, a set of silver grapefruit spoons, amythyst and diamond necklace and earings, a gold pendant, a gold bracelet, Kings Pattern silverware set and a Samsung tablet.
PC Mark Joslin said: "Many of the items are antiques and hold sentimental value to the victim.
They are desperate for the items to be returned and I would urge anyone who is offered these items to call police."
Anyone with any information is asked to call PC Joslin 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
