Concern grows for missing Plymouth girl

Police continue to appeal for information about a 15-year-old girl missing from her Plympton home.

It has now been a week since school girl, Emma Harvey went missing, having not attended her school on Thursday 16 September.

Police believe that Emma is in company with a 22-year-old man she recently met.

The man is described as having close-cropped brown hair.

They are known to each other and may appear as a couple.

Emma is white and around 5ft 3ins tall. She has light mousey brown straight hair past her shoulders. It is highly likely that Emma is using other clothes to try and prevent detection.

Police and Emma’s family are becoming increasingly concerned that Emma has not made contact with the Police to establish that she is safe and well.

There have been unconfirmed sightings of Emma during the past week, all seem to indicate that she is in the Plymouth area.

Police are now urging anyone that knows Emma and has information about where she is currently staying and with whom, to contact them as a matter of some urgency, on 08452 777444, quoting Incident Log 1071 16/09/10.

Alternatively information may be passed via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
